Celestial Pearl Danio (Danio margaritatus)
Also known as the Galaxy Rasbora, the Celestial Pearl Danio is a tiny jewel of the freshwater world. With its deep blue body speckled in pearly white spots and vibrant red-orange fins, this peaceful schooling fish adds elegance and motion to any planted aquarium. Native to the shallow, plant-rich waters of Myanmar, they thrive in soft, slightly acidic environments and feel most secure in groups of 8 or more. Their compact size and gentle nature make them ideal for nano tanks and community setups with similarly peaceful species.
